A Reminder of Hate - Asheville Robberies
Asheville, NC may have someone who gets a kick out of targeting the GLBT community for vicious muggings. While the Asheville police aren't calling them hate crimes, it seems pretty coincidental that gay slurs are being yelled during the robberies and beatings. If that isn't hate, what is it? An AFA picnic sponsored by Fred Phelps BBQ? Come on.
And just to remind us once again of the many Bubba Banjo types, here is a blip taken from the comment section of the Asheville news article:
"they shoulda stay in the closet. or better yet, go to san fran where they could be with their own kind. that way whenever God gets ready for the big quake, they'll be together."
"And I can spell my education: G-E-D."
