Gay Adoption Victory in Florida
Florida's existing ban on gay adoption has been ruled unconstitutional. Surprise, surprise.
Judge David Audlin Jr ruled:
''Contrary to every child welfare principle, the gay adoption ban operates as a conclusive or irrebuttable presumption that . . . it is never in the best interest of any adoptee to be adopted by a homosexual''
Yea! About freakin' time. Too bad it comes so late for so many children and potential parents.

Yeah, I guess I wasn't very clear was I? The ruling involves one court case, but it's a start.
