This holiday season has started off with so much sadness in the news. Between the violence in India and the unfathomable conduct by shoppers at a Long Island WalMart who trampled a worker to death on their way to save some pennies, you have to wonder again - what the hell is wrong with everybody?
The list is simply too long.
We value the hustle and bustle more than solitude.
We esteem things more than people.
And we treasure being right above all else.
